TEAM Volunteers
We simply could not run TEAM without our volunteers! There are many opportunities to volunteer, including our resale shop, a very busy donation area, a food pantry, and an assistance office. Whatever your talent, whatever your time frame, TEAM is very grateful to have you!
Donations –
Volunteers are always needed to help process community donations. TEAM receives hundreds of items a day in the busy intake area. Volunteers are needed to sort, clean, hang and tag in this busy environment, and they have a great time doing it!
Food Pantry–
You can help fill a family’s most basic need by volunteering in the food pantry. The food pantry needs help stocking shelves, packing groceries, and picking up donations of bread and other food from grocery stores and restaurants.
Assistance Office–
Volunteers are needed to provide office support in the main office. Opportunities include computer work, phones, counseling, accounting, and miscellaneous promotional activities when needed.
Resale Shop –
The resale shop is always in need of volunteers willing to help merchandise and straighten the stock, hang clothes, assist customers, work at the front counter and cashier. If you enjoy working with the public, have good decorating skills, or enjoy merchandising with wonderful and unique items, this is a great way to share your talent or interest!
