 What on earth am I here for?
Colossians 1:16 says that all things were created by Him and for Him. Therefore, we believe along with the church fathers that our chief end in life is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
What is Worship?
We teach that worship is a lifestyle (Rom. 12:1); One that is lived out in spirit and truth (John 4:23). My favorite definition of worship is: “Worship is communion with God in which believers, by grace, center their mind’s attention and their heart’s affection on the Lord, humbly glorifying God in response to His greatness and His Word.”- Bruce Leafblad
What will I experience in a Graceview service?
While we have a heavier diet of contemporary styles, we often include songs that reflect our rich heritage with the intent and goal of bringing each participant to the throne of God. From time to time, we also include responsive readings and entertaining but meaningful dramatic elements provided by our very own drama ministry, Laff Inc. |
