Larry Womack, Transitional Pastor
Pastor Larry Womack is the founding and retired Lead Pastor of Copperfield
Church in Houston, Texas. He led Copperfield for twenty-nine years. Prior to
planting Copperfield, he ministered as a Student Pastor in the Tomball area.
Since his retirement he has served as Interim Pastor at 6 Southern Baptist
Churches.
Pastor Larry graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Houston Baptist University.
He completed his master’s degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological
Seminary. He received his training and earned his certification for Intentional
Interim Ministry from the Baptist General Convention of Texas.
Larry is married to Pamela Carlton Womack. Recently retired, Dr. Womack was a
professor of English at Lone Star College Tomball for thirty years. Larry and Pam
have been married for fifty-one years and have three sons, two daughters- in-law
and four grandchildren. Larry and Pam live in Cypress, Texas.

Bobby Pace, Teaching Pastor, Creative Arts Director & Youth Pastor
Bobby grew up here at Graceview as member of a charter family. He has been in ministry since 2009 and on staff at Graceview since 2013. He is married his beautiful wife, Janice with 3 wild and active boys; Brayden, Landon, and Easton. Bobby graduated from Howard Payne University and Fuller Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Theology. His greatest passion is to see a generation, worshiping boldly and freely, reach their community with the Gospel of Hope.

Daniel Hobbs, Teaching Pastor, Family & Children's Ministry Pastor
Daniel has been at Graceview since 2013. He is married to, and ministers with, his wife, Laura Hobbs. They have four children together, mostly teenagers now. Daniel has been working with kids since the time he was a teenager, and has been in full-time children’s ministry for about 17 years. He is skilled in juggling, fire eating, balloon animals, illusions, and other techniques used to keep the children’s attention and teach them about Jesus.

Heather Paddy, Special Needs (JOY Ministry) Director
Heather Paddy has been working in Special Needs Family Ministry going back to her highschool years. She joined Graceview in 2010 and in 2014 as the JOY Director. She loves her family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.

Lauren Wood, Graceview Christian School Director
Lauren grew up at Graceview and is so excited for the opportunity to invest in the amazing staff and precious students here in the ELC. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University, and has been working with kids for the past 18 years - serving in many capacities at Christian summer camps, on staff at Churches, and through non-profit organizations. Lauren loves leading Chapel and getting to play with the kids during recess! She is passionate about sharing God’s love and serving the ELC families with excellence.
